PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are made subject to availability. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that items are available for delivery, there may be some circumstances where items are unavailable.
If we cannot fulfil your order, or a part of your order, we will notify you within a reasonable time after your order has been completed. Please note that we may need to reject your order, or reject part of your order, on this basis. We may contact you to advise you of a delay in restocking a particular product and delivery of your order and you may agree to proceed with your order on the basis of a delayed delivery date (or an alternative product), or alternate arrangements will be made to complete your order.
PRICING
You will be charged in full at the time of ordering a BANANA LAGOON product by supplying BANANA LAGOON with a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, using Afterpay or a valid PayPal account or by redeeming BANANA LAGOON Credit or Gift Vouchers.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. See our Returns Policy for more details.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs may be charged in addition to the cost of the product and these are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Total’ (where applicable).
SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL OFFER TERMS
Where an item is:
- marked at a discounted price (Discounts);
- purchased during a temporary promotion period (Promotions); or
- purchased using a coupon (Coupons);
it is considered a Sale Item.
Discounts, Promotions, Coupons (Special Offers) are offered at BANANA LAGOON’s discretion.
PAYMENT
You acknowledge that we will perform standard security checks on the payment details you provide to us. In the event of unusual activity, BANANA LAGOON reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend payment via your credit card or debit card and we may contact you, your bank or any other relevant third party to report such unusual activity.
We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible so to make things easy we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also allow payments via Paypal and Afterpay.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times may vary according to availability and the delivery address you have nominated. You acknowledge and agree that any representations made as to delivery times are subject to postal/courier delays or delay caused by any circumstances beyond BANANA LAGOON’s control and that we will not be liable and will not offer any refunds for any delayed delivery of your purchase including if you select an express service.
Banana Lagoon ships internationally to the countries listed on the Returns Policy. All international orders are subject to a delivery charge.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
You agree that you are liable for, and will pay for, any taxes, duties, customs or import charges that may apply to your order.
RISK AND TITLE
Risk and title in the items will pass to you upon delivery of the items.
RETURNS
BANANA LAGOON will accept returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Except when permitted under relevant intellectual property laws, no part of our Website or our content may be copied, reproduced, republished, performed/presented in public, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise (including further copying, recording, taping or by a storage and information retrieval system) without the prior written consent of BANANA LAGOON.
You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. Shipping & Returns
Exchange Policy
FOR ONLINE SIZE EXCHANGES:
Our size exchange policy requires contact within 7 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges are limited to orders made through our web store and delivered within Australia due to shipping costs.
To initiate an exchange, contact must be made before shipping garments back to us. We do not offer exchanges for sale items, nor do we provide refunds for incorrect sizes; instead, we offer exchanges or store credit.
As our items are produced in small, limited runs, we cannot guarantee size exchanges in every instance. Please check our webshop for product availability before requesting an exchange.
Exchange requests are exclusively processed via email atblagooncustomerservice@gmail.com Contact through other platforms such as Instagram, webchat, or Facebook page is not accepted.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:
To exchange your item for a different size, emailblagooncustomerservice@gmail.com with the following details: Name, order number, name/size/color of the received garment, and the desired size, color, or style for the exchange.
Please allow at least 3 business days for your exchange request to be processed before sending any follow-up emails.
Once your request is accepted, exchanges are to be sent via AusPost, including an additional prepaid satchel inside the parcel for us to return the exchanged garments.
When returning via AusPost, ensure your contact name, phone number, and email address are included in the 'FROM SENDER' section for identification.
We recommend keeping the return tracking number safe for reference. Banana Lagoon is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.
Please allow at least a 48-hour handling period between the receipt of your return at our warehouse and the dispatch of your exchange order.
Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA):
For deliveries within Australia, we offer standard AusPost shipping at a flat rate of $9.99 AUD for orders under $100 AUD, with complimentary standard shipping for orders over $100 AUD. Please note that delivery typically takes between 2 to 10 business days*.
International Shipping (6-21 business days):
For international orders, we offer:
Shipping to New Zealand at a flat rate of $12 AUD.
Shipping to the US and Canada at a flat rate of $15 AUD.
Shipping to the rest of the world at a flat rate of $20 AUD.

All our parcels come with tracking to ensure secure delivery.

It is essential to provide accurate shipping address details, as Banana Lagoon cannot be held responsible for any errors in shipping information.
While we make every effort to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, Banana Lagoon cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched and are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Please note that import duties, customs, and taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon or after delivery. Banana Lagoon cannot reimburse or refund these charges. For clarification on charges, kindly contact your local customs office.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the case of a manufacturing fault or an error on our part in fulfilling your order.
Notification of any fault must reach Banana Lagoon within 7 business days of the purchase date for a refund to be considered. Returned items must be in pristine, unworn condition, with all original swing tags attached. Returns must be shipped within 10 days of contacting Banana Lagoon.
Refund requests are handled exclusively through email at blagooncustomerservice@gmail.com Contact via other platforms such as Instagram, webchat, or Facebook is not considered valid.
To initiate a refund, please email blagooncustomerservice@gmail.com with the following details: Name, order number, details of the received garment (name/size/color), and the issue or fault. In most cases of manufacturing faults, images of the issue will also be required.
Please allow at least 3 business days for your refund request to be processed before any follow-up emails.
Once your request is approved, the faulty item/s must be returned to our warehouse via AusPost at your expense. Ensure your contact name, phone number, and email address are included in the 'FROM SENDER' section for identification.
We advise retaining the tracking number of your return for reference. Banana Lagoon is not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
Please allow at least a 48-hour handling period between the receipt of your return at our warehouse and the issuance of your refund. Once your refund is processed, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available in your account.
